    • How do you get a Oklahoma Real Estate License?

      You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and      

      • Complete the Pre-Licensing education.
      • Complete the course final exam.
      • Complete the application form.
      • Submit the background check.
      • Pass the Oklahoma Real Estate Exam.
      • Complete your application.

    • Is Post-License required in Oklahoma?

      All new Oklahoma salespersons must complete 45 hours of post-licensing education.  It must be completed before their first license renewal.

    • How do you get an Oklahoma Real Estate Brokers license?

      Must be at least 21 years or older and have at least two years of active real estate experience in the last five years.                    

      • Complete the 105-hour required real estate education.
      • Complete the course final exam.
      • Complete the Broker Application.
      • Submit the background check requirements.
      • Pass the Oklahoma Broker exam.
      • Receive broker license.
