Our Support is Different
We know it can be scary to take an online course and it's easy to feel like you are alone in the process. Our student support is just different, you won't find another school out there that supports you like we do.
Day or night, seven days a week, every time you call, you'll be greeted by a real person - not a machine. The person you talk to will be an expert and able to help you right away. The other schools only answer when it is convenient for them and you'll have to wait days to get a response from an instructor, if at all.
We're a family-owned business, genuinely invested in seeing you achieve your goals. Come see why we are the trusted source for successful agents and brokers.
We have a comprehensive real estate course that will prepare you for the exam. Our course covers the following topics: the real estate business, agency, real estate brokerage, contracts, real estate finance, valuation, investment, fair housing, environmental laws, closings, real estate math, foreclosures, zoning, ethics, leasing, property management, appraisals, advertising, marketing, Illinois law, and more.
The average real estate agent salary in Illinois is $65,850. The average REALTOR® salary will be about $20,000 more. How much you can make as a real estate agent will vary wildly, based on a number of factors. You can see a full breakdown of how hours worked, niche, specialization, and other factors affect how much you could make on our Real Estate Agent Salary Guide.
