    • How do I reset my password?

      You can reset your password anytime from the login page by clicking "Forgot Your Password?". You may also reset your password by reaching out to our support team via email at Support@perryrealestatecollege.com or by giving us a call at (859)525-0303.

    • How do I change my username?

      Your username will be your email. You can adjust your email from the profile in the Learning Management System. Additionall, you can always reach us by email or chat to have your email updated. 


    • What are your student support hours?

      We are available to our students 7 days a week, day or night. 

    • When is online chat available?

      Students have access to our 24/7 student support chats anytime! Simply go to our website and select the chat bubble from any page! 


    • How do I contact student support?

      You can reach us 7 days a week. We have a number of contact methods available. You can reach us by calling, texting, chatting, or emailing.

    • How do I contact my instructor?

      You can contact your instructor in one of two ways. Under your course syllabus there will be an email and phone number for the instructor. You can give them a call or email anytime with questions!


    • What is the refund policy?

      Perry Real Estate College (PREC) does permit refunds as long as the student complies with this Refund Policy. PREC shall issue a refund pursuant to a request for a refund by the student if (i) the student requests the refund within 14 calendar days of the enrollment date; AND (ii) Module 2 of the course has not been started. In the event that the student has started Module 2 of the course or requested a refund more than 14 calendar days after enrollment, PREC shall not be obligated to issue a refund.

    • How do I request a refund?

      You can request a refund anytime by sending an email to Support@perryrealestatecollege.com. 

    • How do I find my course syllabus?

      You can find your course syllabus at the beginning of the course. It will be the first item located under your "Documents Vault" directly before module one, when you are at the course dashboard. 


    • How do I extend my course’s expiration date?

      You can obtain an extension anytime by reaching out to our support team via call, email, or chat. You can also view and purchase an extension HERE.

    • I am not tech savvy. Will online courses be difficult for me?

      No, we make sure to create our courses in a simple manner, that is easy to navigate and complete. We are also here to help if you have any questions or need assistance!

    • How do I purchase a physical copy of the textbook?

      You can purchase a physical copy of the textbook anytime from amazon. Principles of Real Estate Practice 6th Edition can be found HERE. And Real Estate Brokerage: A Management Guide Eighth Edition can be found HERE. Check your course syllabus to see which book is for your course.
