    Five Simple Steps to Get an Ohio License:

    You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and


    1. Register for 120 hours of Pre-Licensing Education
    2. Complete the course final exam
    3. Choose a sponsoring brokerage
    4. File your license application
    5. Pass the Ohio Real Estate Exam
