How to obtain a Kentucky real estate license via Reciprocity

If you're currently licensed in Florida, Tennessee, or Illinois, you're in luck! Kentucky holds reciprocity agreements with these states that would allow you to complete fewer course hours and skip the national portion of the licensing exam.  For sales associates, you must be actively licensed in one of those state for a minimum of 1 year immediately preceding the submission of your reciprocal application.  For brokers in Florida and Illinois, you must have been actively licensed as a managing broker for a minimum of 2 years immediately preceding the submission of your reciprocal application.  For Tennesse brokers, it is a minimum of 3 years.
