Complete 90 hours of pre-licensing education
You must complete the Basic Course of Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course. Our course is completely online and works at your own pace if you’d like to sign up for that here.

Complete the course final exam
After you finish the course, you will need to take an online exam and pass with a minimum score of 75%.

Pass the Oklahoma Real Estate Exam
PSI Administers the in-person state licensing exam. There are 130 questions, covering the national and state-specific content. You will need a 70% or higher to pass this exam. Choose a sponsoring brokerage
You must be associated with a brokerage registered in Oklahoma to obtain a real estate license. Read on our blog here to find out how to pick the right brokerage for you.

Complete your license application
Complete the licensing process by purchasing your Request for Issuance of an Active Provisional Sales Associate or Sales Associate License to OREC along with the license fee of $75.00. Click
