Wondering how to get a real estate Managing broker license in Indiana?

Are you a licensed real estate agent in Indiana looking to obtain your Indiana Managing Broker License? Our fully online Indiana broker licensing school can help. Indiana State License Law requires that to qualify for managing broker eligibility, one must hold a broker license for two years and complete a 24-hour managing broker course. Once you qualify, you can apply to the Commission for eligibility, using the Application for Designation as a Managing Broker form.

Our Support is Different

We know it can be scary to take an online course and it's easy to feel like you are alone in the process. Our student support is just different, you won't find another school out there that supports you like we do.

Day or night, seven days a week, every time you call, you'll be greeted by a real person - not a machine. The person you talk to will be an expert and able to help you right away. The other schools only answer when it is convenient for them and you'll have to wait days to get a response from an instructor, if at all.

We're a family-owned business, genuinely invested in seeing you achieve your goals. Come see why we are the trusted source for successful agents and brokers.

What Topics Do we Cover In The Indiana Real Estate Managing Broker Course?

We have a comprehensive real estate course that will prepare you to open your own brokerage.  Our course covers the following topics: becoming a licensed real estate broker, opening a real estate office, owning a brokerage, managing agents, supervising a real estate office, escrow management, disciplinary processes, agency relationships, disclosure requirements, real estate contracts, and more.

If you’re a licensed real estate agent, you already know that your education doesn’t stop once you pass the exam. Continuing Education (CE) is a crucial part of maintaining your license, but it’s also an opportunity to grow in your career. Every state has its own CE requirements, so it’s essential to stay informed and compliant with your local laws to avoid penalties or even losing your license.

Let’s start by making one thing clear: not all real estate schools are the same. There are different types of programs, and the one that’s best for you depends on how you learn best. Some schools offer in-person classes, where you attend scheduled lectures in a classroom setting. Others provide fully online courses, allowing you to study at your own pace from anywhere. Some programs have live virtual sessions at set times, while others are entirely self-guided. Choosing the right school isn’t just about availability, it’s about finding a format that fits you.
