    • How do you get an Indiana Real Estate Brokers License?

      You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and


      • Complete 90 hours of pre-licensing education.
      • Complete the course final exams.
      • Pass the Indiana Real Estate Exam.
      • Choose a sponsoring brokerage.
      • Complete your application.
      • Submit the background check.

    • Is Post-License Education required for an Indiana Real Estate Brokers License?

      All new Indiana real estate agents must complete 30 hours of post-licensing education within two years of obtaining and activating their license.

    • How to get your Indiana Managing Broker License?

      You must have your broker’s license for two years    

                                         

      • Register with the SOS and IPLA.
      • Obtain a background check.
      • Complete the 24-hour Indiana Managing Broker course.
      • Submit your application.
