    You must be 18 years or older and have a high school dipolma or GED equivalent.


    • Complete 60 hours of pre-licensing education. 
    • Pass the course final exam. 
    • Sit for the Washington D.C. Real Estate Licensing Exam.  
    • Submit fingerprints for a background check. 
    • Complete your license application.

    Must be 18 years or older and have a highschool dipolma or GED equivalent. 


    • Complete the 135-hour approved Washington D.C. Real Estate Broker course.
    • Complete the course final exam. 
    • Pass the Washington D.C. Real 
    • File your license application.
