    • How do you get a Texas Real Estate License?

      You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and   

             

      • Complete 180 hours of pre-licensing education. 
      • Complete the course final exam.
      • Submit your license application.
      • Complete a fingerprint background check.
      • Pass the Texas Real Estate Licensing Exam.
      • Get affiliated with a broker and start selling real estate!

    • Is Post-License required in Texas?

      Yes. For your first renewal(you must renewal every two years)as a sales agent, you must have completed 270 hours of real estate education. An additional 90 hours of education as they count your pre-license eduation as a part of the 270 hours.

    • How do you get a Texas Broker License?

      You must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, have at least 40 experience points, and have been licensed as a salesperson for 2 years.


      • Complete 270 hours of qualifying pre-license education courses. 
      • Complete the proctored course final exams.
      • Complete 630 hours of other commission-approved education. 
      • Submit your license application.
      • Complete a fingerprint background check.
      • Pass the Texas Real Estate Broker licensing exam.
