How do you get a Tennessee Broker License?

If licensed after 1988, you must have an active sales license in Tennessee for 3 years. If you were licensed before 1988, or you have a baccalaureate degree with a major in real estate you will need only 2 years of active sales experience and Complete 30 hours of approved Tennessee Managing Broker courses. Complete the course final exam. Submit the background check. Complete the broker exam application. Pass the Tennessee Real Estate Broker Exam.
