    • How do you get an Ohio Real Estate License?

      You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and

      • Complete 120 hours of Pre-Licensing Education.
      • Complete the proctored course final exams.
      • Submit the background check.
      • File your license application.
      • Pass the Ohio Real Estate Exam.

    • Is Post-License required in Ohio?

      All new Ohio Salespersons must complete 20 hours of post-licensing education. It must be completed within one year of licensing. 

    • How do you get an Ohio Real Estate Brokers license?

      You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and


      • Complete 240 hours of approved broker education.
      • Complete the course final exams.
      • Submit your fingerprints for a background check. 
      • Submit your application. 
      • Pass the Ohio Real Estate Broker Examination.
