  • How do you get an Florida Real Estate License?

    You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and


    • Complete 63 hours of pre-licensing education.                                                                     
    • Complete the course final exam.
    • Complete the application form.                          
    • Submit the background check.
    • Complete your license application.
    • Pass the Florida Real Estate Exam.

  • Is Post-License Education required for an Florida Real Estate License?

    All new Florida real estate agents must complete 45 hours of post-licensing education within the first renewal period (18-24 months) of obtaining and activating their license. 

  • How to get your Florida Broker License?

    You must have your salespersons license for at least 24 months of the preceding five years. 


    • Register for the 72 hours of Pre-Licensing education.
    • Take a proctored course final exam. 
    • Take the state licensing exam with Pearson Vue. 
    • You must obtain a criminal background check.
    • File your application.

  • Is Post-License Education required for a Florida Real Estate Brokers License?

    All new Florida real estate broker must complete 60 hours of post-licensing education within the first renewal period (18-24 months) of obtaining and activating their license.
