    RE-BRANDING/WEBSITE LAUNCH

    Perry Real Estate College is excited to announce the cohesive plan to blend Kentucky Real Estate College with the Tennessee Real Estate College to now be under one brand. With plans to enter 8 additional markets in the year of 2021, Perry Real Estate College brought on 3 more staff members to reach this goal. Bonnie louis is a current real estate agent working with the team on marketing and handling day to day support with students. Brennan Champion is a lawyer and course writer who builds out our detailed lesson plans. Finally, Gabrielle Hodge is an agent herself and handles business marketing for each state. 


    ๏ปฟThe future of this school is to expand into Oklahoma, Texas, West Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Missouri. We are a small company that treats every student as an individual. There is a real person that has years of experience in real estate education and real estate as a profession.

    Gabbi knew that real estate was the right career from the start. She is now dual licensed in both Kentucky and Ohio. She had her first sale within a month of getting licensed and hit her first million in volume within her first 6 months. Some schools offer in-person classes, where you attend scheduled lectures in a classroom setting. Others provide fully online courses, allowing you to study at your own pace from anywhere. Some programs have live virtual sessions at set times, while others are entirely self-guided. Choosing the right school isn’t just about availability, it’s about finding a format that fits you.
