    • How do you get a Pennsylvania Real Estate License?

      You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and     

                   

      • Complete 75 hours of pre-licensing education.

      • Complete the Proctored course final exam.

      • Complete the application form.

      • Submit the background check.

      • Complete your license application.

      • Pass the Pennsylvania Real Estate Exam.

    • Is Post-Licensing required in Pennsylvania?

      All new Pennsylvania Salespersons must complete 14 hours of post-licensing education. It must be completed with one year of obtaining a license.

    • How do you get a Pennsylvania Real Estate Brokers license?

      You must be 21 years or older and have worked three years as a licensed Salesperson. 


      • Complete 240 hours of Broker education.
      • Complete the course final exam.
      • Complete the application form with the commission. 
      • Pass the broker licensing examination with PSI.
      • Complete your license application.
