    MY BIO

John made the regrettably difficult decision that that one professional license was not challenging enough when he decided to get his law license and real estate license at the same time. Years later after working in a variety of different offices selling homes and representing people in legal matters, John wanted to be closer to family and work in his hometown. John found Perry Real Estate College to be the best fit because it was unique office looking to expand and could bring him closer to family and friends. As General Counsel and Education Content Developer, John uses his sharp legal mind and his real estate experience to help expand and fine tune the coursework for PREC.

Prior to joining the awesome team at PREC, John was a personal injury attorney in Louisville, KY as well as criminal defense attorney in Northern Kentucky. He was excited to testify for PREC in front of the Ohio Senate Committee regarding changing the Ohio laws on who can offer real estate pre-licensing education. John is a certified real estate instructor in Illinois, a licensed attorney in Kentucky, and holds several degrees from Northern Kentucky University.

John is excited about the school's continued expansion and, more importantly, helping the PREC students achieve their own real estate goals. When not in the office, John can be found throwing some axes, enjoying PlayStation, and driving around with his windows down despite the insane gas prices. John also enjoys wild Sundays with his nieces and nephews and watching the Cincinnati Bengals with family.
