My Bio

Richard White is Perry Real Estate College's superstar Head of Student Outreach. He is the main point person between the students and the college, making him knowledgeable in the licensing process. He is the go to person with questions about obtaining a license through Perry and is always more than happy to help you no matter what step you are in the licensing process! 

Since he got his first job as a server at 16, Richard knew he had a passion for helping people. As he aged and grew professionally, that passion for helping other also grew. Today that passion manifests through his work at the College, as Court Appointed Special Advocate(CASA), and as a volunteer with the League of Animal welfare where he adopted his kitty cat in 2023. He enjoys staying busy by spending time with people and helping out in the community however he can.

Before starting at Perry, Richard worked in variety of leadership and customer service roles. From there he perfected his customer service and leadership abilities, preparing him for his role and responsibilities at Perry.

When he is not working Richard enjoys spending time with his cat, hanging out with friends and family, and seeing new places. He also enjoy warm summer nights and long drives.
