    FLORIDA EXPANSION

    Perry Real Estate College is expanding course offerings into a new state, Florida! PREC is now offering an online Florida Pre-licensing Course. Perry Real Estate College plans on expanding their course offerings in this state to include a National Exam Prep Course and an online Managing Broker course in the future. The PREC team is excited to begin serving the Florida real estate market in the best way possible, by always being there for our students. Perry Real Estate Collegeโ€™s mission continues to focus on helping students manage their real estate career by providing quality, self-paced education.
