What Shows Should I be Watching Right Now?

You just got home from work, and you are ready to relax. There are no sports games on tonight, and your favorite reality TV show just premiered their finale, what's next? Let me introduce you to my personal list of favorite shows. Please enjoy, and feel free to post on our Facebook page if you’ve watched these shows or have any feedback on what you thought about them. We love hearing feedback from our students, even if it’s not real estate related.

    Severance (Apple TV)

So good. This one checks off all my boxes. It’s relatable if you’ve ever worked a 9-5 job. It has twists and turns and it’s not what you expect. The actors are exceptional in it. The cast list includes, Adam Scott, you might remember him from his iconic role in Step Brothers. It also has Britt Lower, John Turturro, Christopher Walken, and Patricia Arquette. You have to watch it to understand what it’s about, any description you read online is not going to give the plot justice.

    The White Lotus (HBO)

This show is filled with cliff hangers. It’s about different guests that visit an exclusive Hawaiian resort. Each passing day their paths cross, dark dynamics emerge, and the truth gradually reveals itself. It’s a must watch for anyone who likes suspense.

    The White Lotus

    Euphoria (HBO)

If you read into pop culture, then you’ve had to heard of this show. It’s won numerous awards and its star-studded cast knocked this one out of the park. It’s basically high-school drama on steroids. The cast includes Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Hunter Schafer, and Jacob Elordi.

    Euphoria

The House of the Dragon (HBO)

If you have not seen Game of Thrones, I highly suggest watching that first. This is not like the whole Star Wars saga where you can watch the story line play out- out of order. You’d need to watch Game of Thrones first to really understand the story line. If you have watched Game of Thrones, this is your next show. The show is a deep dive into what the Seven Kingdoms looked like hundreds of years before the Iron Throne was held by the Lannister Family. It has a full range of characters fighting for their seat on the Iron Throne and they use dragons and dragon riders to get them there.

    The House of the Dragon

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power (Prime Video)

Similar to the House of the Dragon, this show is set years before the original Lord of the Rings saga. It explores the plot before the original rings of power were created and how they came to be. It’s super interesting to watch some of the original characters come to life, years younger. You’ll find yourself Googling characters names and story lines as you watch it to try and guess what character is coming into play next.

Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power

    Dahmer (Netflix)

If you like true crime, this is the show for you. Although, it’s very hard to watch at times. It’s kind of like a train wreck, you don’t want to watch but you also can’t look away. It’s a series about the horrific life of serial killer, Jeffrey Dahmer.

    Defending Jacob (Apple TV)

This is a fictional show about a murder trial that was originally a book. It’s about an Assistant District Attorney and his family. He has a wife and one son, Jacob, who is accused of murdering a fellow classmate, at 14 years old. The storyline follows the whole case, the trial, and eventually uncovers the truth behind the murder. You won’t expect how the plot unfolds. The cast includes big names like, Chris Evans, Jaeden Martell, Cherry Jones, and Michelle Dockery.

Let’s start by making one thing clear: not all real estate schools are the same. There are different types of programs, and the one that’s best for you depends on how you learn best. Some schools offer in-person classes, where you attend scheduled lectures in a classroom setting. Others provide fully online courses, allowing you to study at your own pace from anywhere. Some programs have live virtual sessions at set times, while others are entirely self-guided. Choosing the right school isn’t just about availability, it’s about finding a format that fits you.
