MY BIO

Dominic (Dom) brings an all-world perspective to Perry Real Estate College (PREC), literally. In between commanding the legal demands of a multi-million-dollar real estate enterprise, Dom moved to Spain with his wife, Elizabeth. Although Dom’s love for travel and curiosity of other cultures took him overseas, he eventually returned home to spearhead PREC’s expansion. If you are inclined to get to work by 7AM, Dom will be there waiting with a cup of coffee and an action plan.

While Dom’s background in the legal world makes him a formidable force, his business acumen and devotion to others’ success embodies PREC’s mission: to help students achieve their own goals. Although Dom is often entrenched in work, he also takes time on the weekends to hone his cooking skills, which often center around the grill and smoker. Dom’s cooking is similar to his approach to business: calculated, shrewd, and unparalleled.

Dom has been a fixture in the real estate orbit for the better part of the decade. His licenses for law and real estate have facilitated deals in both the commercial and residential arenas. While other companies pride themselves on their “secret sauce,” PREC’s special ingredient is apparent by the courses that Dom personally builds. Dom’s knack for perfection, even down to minute formatting, paves the way for each PREC student’s path to sustained success.
